Not very good manners.

In one of my cases the insurance adjuster handling the case had the nerve to accuse an injury victim of lying.

Contrary to what the insurance industry wants the public to believe, most injury victims are good, decent folks looking for a fair shake.

I wish I could say that making these kinds of accusations was rare, but it is not.

No injury victim should tolerate abuse and be revictimized.

I won’t stand for it.
