There is a picture of an old, stodgy English Barrister, with long white wig and serious look, and an inscription: ” Sue the bastards.”
It is in many law offices, and is supposed to be funny. You just don’t expect that fine gentleman to say such a thing or to use the language of the streets.
This reminds me what a client should do if he or she hired an injury lawyer who is not responsive to a client’s needs.
Fire the bastards!
A client is not married to a lawyer.
Your lawyer should be honored you hired him/her, and should do everything possible to give you the service you need and deserve.
If you’re not happy, don’t be a martyr. In the injury law business you only get one bite of the apple.
I’d be honored to talk with you CONFIDENTIALLY.
You can switch lawyers at any time & for any reason or no reason at all.
You can fire a bad injury lawyer, hire a good one, at no extra cost.
Always remember that you are the boss and don’t let anyone tell you differently!
Keep your strength.
